Hussar & Co. is a boutique investment bank that serves as both an M&A and corporate finance advisor to its clients and a principal investor in opportunistic transactions.
We are seasoned investment bankers focused on the real estate and corporate finance needs of our clients who are owners of private assets or are senior managers of publicly listed companies.
We focus on serving owners and management across Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH region), in addition to clients in Central and South-East Europe.
Through a traditional merchant banking model, we leverage our relationships in our home markets to find and invest in opportunistic transactions using our own funds or the funds of our investment partners.
By maintaining an active advisory business, Hussar & Co. brings the necessary expertise in due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring for the investments made by the capital investment side of the firm.
We use our efforts in client origination for the advisory side of our business as a filter to identify unique investment opportunities. We generally like to work with clients that we also view as a potential investment target for our own capital or the capital we represent.
